Perinatal depression and anxiety
Postpartum OCD and intrusive thoughts
Perinatal insomnia
Medication evaluation in pregnancy or breastfeeding
Postpartum psychosis (follow-up after stabilization)

Active suicidal ideation or self-harm
Suspected postpartum psychosis (acute)
Patients in immediate danger

Patient must be trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or up to 18 months postpartum. Telehealth only, statewide in Utah. All Utah Medicaid plans accepted.
